Expedition Rum Punch

This recipe comes straight from the businessman extraordinaire, the man behind the rum himself, Fred Berrera.  This recipe has been a hit at cocktail parties, bars, and homes all around St. Louis.  And if you enjoy a good cigar, stop by Fred’s other business: Gran Cru Cigars in Soulard and they’ll match your cocktail with a  delicious smoke!

Ingredients:

2.5 oz Expedition Rum
3 oz Pineapple Juice
1 tbsp Rose’s Lime Juice
Dash of Grenadine

Directions:

Fill tall glass with crushed ice, add pineapple juice and rum.  Stir in lime juice and add a dash of grenadine.  Enjoy!
