TaunTaun’s Revenge

This simple, yet delicious cocktail with the fantastic name (Star Wars reference for those who weren’t sure) comes from the man behind The Libertine restaurant in Clayton, owner Nick Luedde who was playing around at his bar at home thanks to the impromptu snow day!

(my ice sphere was homemade from snow I compacted, very DIY…)

Ingredients:

2 oz RallyPoint Rye Whiskey
2 dashes Blood Orange Bitters
Ice sphere

Directions:

Add whiskey to glass, add ice sphere and finish with bitters on top.  Enjoy!
