Ti' Punch

The national cocktail of Martinique is as easy to make as it is to drink, using just three ingredients.  It's similar to a daiquiri, just less lime.

Ingredients:

2 oz Expedition Rum
1 oz Cane Sugar syrup
Garnish: lime

Directions:

Squeeze a lime wheel into a chilled rocks glass and leave lime in glass.  Add the remaining ingredients, and top with ice.  Stir with a barspoon, and top with more ice.  Enjoy!
