Nothing was going to prohibit us from creating the best Gin.
Named for the dance where two steps move in the same direction our Two-Step Gin is a collaboration between The Last Hotel's Head of Food & Beverage, Will Rogers, and StillL 630's owner/distiller, David Weglarz. The goal was to create an exceptional gin with a unique sense of place. And since the region is known as the horseradish capital of the world, what a wonderful challenge to create a gin that showcases the distinctive and flavorful vegetable without being overwhelming. After several days working in StilL 630's Botanical Library, they emerged with a blend of Juniper, coriander, pink peppercorn, horseradish, and galangal root that is 81 proof and 100% St. Louis made.
TASTING NOTES: Cool, refreshing juniper mingles with light horseradish and warm pink peppercorns on the nose. The coriander and galangal root provide juiciness to beautifully balance the warm heat and tang of the peppercorns and horseradish on the palate. Perfect on the rocks with a twist of lemon or in your favorite cocktail!
