You will get the chance to see our entire process from Grain to Glass and view, up close and personal, our distillation equipment such as: a 500 gallon stainless steel jacketed mash tank. Our 650 gallon stainless steel jacketed fermenters, and even our 160 gallon pot still, which was handmade right here in Missouri.  Not to mention some special barrels and our Library of Indomitable Spirits!

UPDATE: 10/18/18: We've had some issues with our last shipment of Glencairn Glasses and are currently out of stock on them.  We know they are part of the groupon, so you can simply wait and pick them up when we receive our next shipment (hopefully by the end of Nov) or we'd be happy to take $5 off any purchase you might make after your tour. But we just want you to be forewarned to avoid disappointment!

Looking forward to it!

At StilL 630 we offer tours and tastings on SOME weekends.  Depending on our availability, that could be Saturdays or Sundays, and sometimes both!  TIME: 12-4pm (tours on the hour: 12, 1, 2, 3pm). Tours cost $5/person.  Our tours are hosted by David Weglarz, our owner and head distiller, and give everyone a fun and in depth look at our entire distillation process from grain to glass. Come check out our awesome distillery set in an old gourmet restaurant, it’s a truly unique place!

Finally, after your tour and tasting has concluded, don’t forget that everything we have is for sale!  Most people are interested in the bottles, glasses, merch, etc. But with the right offer, you could go home with your very own barrel… or bar… or still!

If the date or time you are looking for is not adding to the  cart or not present, that selection is either fully booked or not available at this time. Thank you.

I love what I do. I hope that shows. And I hope that you really enjoy StilL 630. I think life is to be seized and savored; the best days require the best spirits.
