Goat's Milk

Ingredients:
2 oz Big Jake Breakfast Brew
.5 oz Simple Syrup
Dash of Black Walnut Bitters
Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together. Splash in small scoop of ice cream. Note: you can add as much as you want, but above a certain threshold – say, 2 oz – the ice cream starts to dominate the drink, masking the black walnut bitters while softening the intricate coffee flavors. Enjoy!
This awesomely named cocktail was created by our founder, distiller, & HMFIC: David Weglarz in honor of our 3rd Annual 630 Day party. The name derives from the spirit that’s featured: Big Jake’s Breakfast Brew – which was born of a collaboration with Kaldi’s Coffee, whose symbol is that of a goat.
