2.5 oz big smoke single malt whiskey
.5 oz pineapple syrup
3-4 dashes orange bitters
sage

muddle syrup, bitters, and sage in a mixing tin
add ice and whiskey and stir
strain into a glass with or without ice
garnish with orange
