 Ingredients:
1.5 oz Expedition Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Peach & Coconut Icing

Directions:
Add rum and juice to a shaker with ice 
Shake and strain over new ice
Top with peach & coconut icing
Garnish with pineapple
