makes 4 cocktails:
8 oz navy strength gin
5 oz whole milk
10 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz lemon or lime juice

Add all ingredients to a pot and stir
Allow to curdle. Strain through cheese cloth and coffee filters
Cool and store
Serve over ice with salted rim, garnish with lime peel
