Ingredients:
2 oz K-She 95 SwineShine
2 oz Spiced Rum
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White (optional) gives the drink great body with a nice foam layer
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. If using egg white, add a few drops of Angostura bitters on the foam for more aromatic pop.
