 Ingredients:
2 oz Missouri Bourbon
.5 oz Honey & Apricot Syrup
Ginger Ale
Rosemary

Directions:
Torch Rosemary and smoke a glass
Add bourbon and syrup to a shaker with ice
Shake and strain over new ice
Top with ginger ale
Garnish with rosemary
