2.5 oz missouri bourbon
.25 oz smoked peach syrup
3-4 dashes angostura bitters
orange peel

muddle syrup, bitters, and orange peel in a mixing tin
add ice and bourbon and stir
strain into a glass with or without ice
orange peel garnish
