This cocktail was the creation of Vin de Set‘s bar manager, Shawn Sullivan.
1.5 oz RallyPoint Rye Whiskey
.5 oz Catron Ginger Liqueur (try substituting The Big O ginger liqueur)
1.5 oz Spiced Carrot Juice
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and stain over fresh ice in rocks glass. Garnish with carrot twist and zucchini wedge. Enjoy!
