Ingredients:
1.5 oz RallyPoint Rye Whiskey
1 oz Cinnamon Agave
Ginger Beer
Mint
Directions:
Shake the whiskey, cinnamon agave, and mint leave in a shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a mint leaf. Enjoy!
This creative cocktail was concocted by the staff of The Roof bar atop The Broadway Hilton Hotel in Columbia, MO. The Roof patio is best in great weather, but this drink is a hit every day of the year!
