Ingredients:
.75 oz Expedition Rum
.75 oz RallyPoint Rye Whiskey
.75 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Orgeat
.5 oz Cointreau
.5 oz Benedictine
.25 oz Pineapple Juice
1 Dash Fee Brothers Old-Fashioned Bitters
Directions:
Add all ingredients to shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass w/ice. Pair with a shot back of Expedition Rum. Garnish with an umbrella if desired. (for extra points, add umbrella in the shot) Enjoy!
I came up with this expression of the classic Mai Tai while playing around at home. I think it’s pretty good, but I’d also been trying several variations before I got to this one so you tell me!
