2.5 oz rallypoint rye whiskey
.25 oz simple syrup
3-4 dashes angostura bitters
orange peel

muddle orange peel, bitters, and syrup in a mixing tin
add ice and whiskey and stir
strain into a glass with or without ice
garnish with orange
