Ingredients:
2 oz RallyPoint Rye Whiskey
Sugar Cube
5 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Absinthe-rinsed glass
Directions:
Rinse glass with absinthe. Place Sugar Cube in glass. Add bitters. Add whiskey. Swirl. Garnish with Lemon twist. Enjoy!
The classic Sazerac. Like the Manhattan and the Old-Fashioned, there are so many little variations and riffs you can do with this drink. Here we opted for the simple elegance of the classic recipe. ‘If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’ seems to apply here.
