3 fresh peach slices
2 oz. of Rally Point Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz. of brown sugar-cinnamon syrup (recipe follows)
1/2 oz. of fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz. of fresh orange juice
Fresh mint sprig for garnish
Grated cinnamon for garnish
1. Place 2 fresh peach slices in a cocktail shaker and lightly muddle. Add the Rally Point Rye Whiskey, brown sugar-cinnamon syrup, lemon juice and orange juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
2. Add fresh ice to a rocks glass and strain the mixture into the glass through a fine-mesh strainer. Garnish with the remaining peach slice, mint sprig and grated cinnamon.
*Brown Sugar-Cinnamon Syrup
2/3 cup of water
1 cup of brown sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
Combine in cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
