St. Louis Sour

Ingredients:

2 oz RallyPoint Rye Whiskey
.75 oz Dark Simple Syrup*
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Egg White
.125 oz Red Wine (pick your favorite!)

Directions: 

Combine all ingredients except wine in a cocktail shaker and dry shake.  Shake again with ice.  Strain into a rocks glass.  Top with red wine.  Enjoy!

*Dark Simple Syrup Recipe:

1 Cup Turbinado Sugar
1 Cup Water

Combine in a small sauce pan over medium heat.  Stir until combined.  DO NOT bring to a boil.  Let cool and strain into a glass container.  Good for several weeks.
