Ingredients:
2 oz RallyPoint Rye Whiskey
2 oz Laird’s Applejack Brandy
2 oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
Directions:
Combine and stir all ingredients. Pour over a single ice sphere in a rocks glass. Toast your own good fortune you don’t have to worry about Mongol invaders!

I was inspired to create this simple, yet complex-tasting, cocktail while watching the Netflix tv series Marco Polo. (which is fantastic if you love history and one of the greatest world travelers of all time – both of which I do!). The Mongols revere the Eternal Blue Sky which reigns over their limitless empire and I can imagine them celebrating another conquered land with this drink.
