Maple Sunset Improved Cocktail

Ingredients:
2 oz RallyPoint Maple Sunset Whiskey
.25 oz Cointreau
.25 oz Averna
1 Dash Fortune Teller Bar Lemon Hopped Bitters
Directions:
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with maple-roasted pecan.
This delicious beverage was concocted by local hero and home bartender, ScientistMcGee for our 2nd Annual 630 Day party! The Improved cocktail is a Jerry Thomas creation, and the Improved Whiskey Cocktail was further popularized by David Wondrich, columnist for Esquire and author of Imbibe! (the book, not the magazine)
