We were proud to release our next batch (Batch IV) of the first ever 10 year old whiskey from the state of Missouri!

Batch IV boasts a good yield and slightly lower proof. These 118 bottles clock in at an amazingly smooth 130.8 proof of incredibly delicious rye whiskey.

This is the same recipe (90% rye, 10% malt barley) in the same kind of barrels (53gal, char #3) as our 5YR RallyPoint Straight Rye Whiskey (which won the "Best Whiskey in the Country") with an extra five years aging!

This un-cut, unfiltered whiskey is bottled at barrel strength (130.8 Proof) and the 750ml bottles are all hand engraved. This is truly one of the most delicious collectors items you'll ever find.

Tasting Notes: The caramel sweetness and smoothness is stunning given the high proof. This Cask Strength single barrel clocks in at a surprisingly smooth 130.8 proof of decadent and complex rye flavor. The nose is rich caramel wrapped rye spice whose promise is fulfilled on the palate with an initial caramel burst wrapped in earl grey tea and peppery spice wrapped around warm oak. This is everything we love about rye in whiskey and shows the true complexity of the grain. Un-cut, un-filtered, barrel-strength whiskey straight out of this old barrel!
