Cask Strength Missouri Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Since we first launched our Missouri Bourbon in November 2020, we released a new single barrel of bourbon each month!  Once we achieved 4 years of single barrels, we transitioned to our current Small Batch blend.  From releases 37-48 of the single barrels and also each of the barrels we use to blend our Small Batch Bourbon, we set aside a gallon from each barrel at cask strength.  Then we blended the whiskey from the last 18 barrels together to release this very special and super limited expression of the essence of our Missouri Straight Bourbon Whiskey.  Aged for over 5 years in a new charred oak barrels and bottled at Cask Strength.  This is Missouri Bourbon, raw, un-cut, and pure.

As President of the Missouri Craft Distillers Guild, David Weglarz led the effort to create "Missouri Bourbon".  Bill #26 was proudly passed into law on 8.28.19 assuring that each batch must use 100% Missouri grown corn, and be mashed, fermented, and distilled in Missouri, then aged in new Missouri oak barrels.  

This is StilL 630 Missouri Bourbon, born from corn, rye, barley, and love for our craft.  Savor history in the making.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: sweet creamed corn, caramel, vanilla, soft cherry fudge, light spice

Palate: candy corn, rich chocolate covered cherry, baking dough, sweet peppery finish
