Double Barrel RallyPoint was the first in our Rare Release Barrel Series; which is our series of exceptional quality releases.
Double Barrel RallyPoint Straight Rye Whiskey starts life as an exceptional barrel chosen from our flagship RallyPoint Rye Whiskey single barrels. Once identified, we empty from the first barrel and give it an additional aging period in new smaller barrels to ramp up the incredibly delicious oak flavors to balance the intense rye spice and sweetness.
Unfiltered and uncut, the intense rye, sweet caramel, and rich oak flavors of this barrel strength whiskey have earned it the 2016 American Craft Spirits Association "BEST IN CLASS - WHISKEY" award as well as being named the 2018 Seattle International Spirits Awards: "BEST IN CLASS - WHISKEY"!
Batch XI was aged for 63 months in a 53 gal barrel and then finished 12 more months in (3) 15gal barrels. Then we re-married the barrels to create one delicious bottling!
At over 6+ years old, not only is one of the older spirits that we release, but it is also one of the strongest as we leave it at cask strength, which varies (this year's batch clocks in at a stout 123.4 proof). The new barrels plus the extra time allow the spirit to develop some truly intense and incredible flavors that make it worthy of inclusion in the finest whiskey collections!
Tasting Notes: Deep rich oak, intense peppery rye, all smoothed out by caramel and vanilla notes. Aspects of earl grey tea and cherries, amazingly smooth for this proof, this is an incredible rye; un-cut, un-filtered, barrel-strength whiskey straight out of the barrel(s)!

How does local pick up work?
Once order has been placed...we will fulfill that order and it can be picked up any Friday 5-9pm and most weekdays between 10am - 2pm.
Why do we only ship to some states?
Currently we ship to all states that allow for spirit delivery by shipping. If you do not see your state, please call your local government we would love to ship to all states!
old world double-distillation
We use as many of the best organic, local ingredients as possible. We believe in pushing conventional boundaries. We are constantly experimenting with unique distillation processes. Rather than use the most common distillation process, we use the old-world method of double distillation to capture more flavors. Since we are located in the best city in the world, we think it’s only fitting to be the best distillery.
