Route 66 is historic Americana. For a century, it has invited people from around the world to come and experience a true slice of this great nation as they travel from Chicago all the way to the Pacific Ocean. Along the way, you pass right through St. Louis by our distillery. As fans of expeditions of all types, we love the sense of adventure and discovery they entail.
To commemorate the 100th Anniversary of this iconic and uniquely American road, we created a special American Bourbon. We thought it all through, from choosing barrels to give us an age statement of exactly 66 months, choosing to make it bottled-in-bond at 100proof, and creating a label reminiscent of an old promotional postcard.
This bourbon mash bill we envisioned is also entirely intentional. Mostly corn, as all bourbons must be, to represent the heartland of America. Malted barley and sweet wheat for the endless fields of America's Great Plains. Rye for the spice of life. We also delicately layered in hints of chocolate, roasted barley, and cherrywood-smoked barley to evoke the smells of the open road.
This bourbon was built to honor Route 66, the "Main Street of America," and celebrate the freedom of the open road. We hope you enjoy it and share it with friends on your travels, wherever they may lead!
How does local pick up work?
Once order has been placed...we will fulfill that order and it can be picked up any Friday 5-9pm and most weekdays between 10am - 2pm.
Why do we only ship to some states?
Currently we ship to all states that allow for spirit delivery by shipping. If you do not see your state, please call your local government we would love to ship to all states!
Small-batch Bourbon
We taste between 8 and 10 barrels to select 2-3 to blend together and create a fantastic small-batch bourbon. The bourbon is our flagship mash bill: 70% Corn, 20% rye, 10% barley, always aged for over 5 years in a new charred oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof. Enjoy the best Missouri has to offer!
