These whiskeys each started out as a flavorful local beer, which we then double-distilled and aged in NEW oak barrels to create truly unique whiskeys you won't find anywhere else.
This collection of three whiskeys from our Brewery Collaboration Series includes:
- Moon Walker Whiskey began as Dark Matter (wheat porter) from Logboat Brewing Co.
- Presence of Darkness began as Absence of Light (peanut butter chocolate milk stout) from 4Hands Brewery.
- Headless Horseman began as Imperial Pumpkin Ale (pumpkin ale) from O'Fallon Brewery.
