Confluence American Gin is a re-branding of our existing Two Step Gin. So you may already be enjoying it! We absolutely love the gin and wanted the label/feel to better reflect our passion for our local area and for gin!
As the "Horseradish Capital of the World" is located in our backyard, we wanted to focus on incorporating that into the gin. So building off a base of Juniper and Coriander, we added Horseradish and then Pink Peppercorns and Galangal Root to bolster the citrus and savory body while adding a touch of peppery spice. It's a truly amazing gin (the BEST CRAFT GIN IN THE COUNTRY!!) perfect for bloody marys, martinis, and all your favorite gin cocktails! (check out some great recipes below!)
