The epitome of Indomitable Spirits. Declaring independence from the most powerful empire on earth. Odds heavily against them, death awaiting. They still choose to sign their names. We made this bourbon from corn, barley, rye, and wheat, aged over 5 years and bottled in bond to honor them for America’s 250th Birthday.

How does local pick up work?
You will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup. Our normal pick-up times are Mon-Thu 10 am-2 pm and Fridays 5-9 pm.

250th birthday Single barrel Missouri bourbon
To honor the 250th Anniversary, we choose American grains: Missouri Yellow Corn, Missouri Red Corn, Malted Barley, Rye, and Wheat. Mashed, fermented, and double distilled, then aged over 5 years in new Missouri Oak barrels. We produced a Bourbon worthy of this great country. We are releasing 12 individual single barrels, monthly, to commemorate 12 significant events in our history. Made in America, enjoyed the world over!
