Utilizing one heirloom grain: 100% bloody butcher red corn grown here in Missouri. From that, we created a spicy bourbon whiskey. We kept three cases of this bold whiskey at Cask Strength and engraved the bottles for a great collectors' item. Full of bold flavors and a robust finish, this whiskey takes a back seat to none. A single barrel of 100% straight Missouri Bourbon Whiskey, ready to be enjoyed before your neck is shaved too thin!
Tasting Notes:
Nose of spiced creamed corn.
Palate is candied creamed corn with a robust spicy vanilla bean note.
