Due Process Whiskey is a single barrel of our flagship Missouri Straight Bourbon Whiskey hand chosen by our friend Doug to celebrate his four decades of police service. The mash bill is 70% Corn, 20% Rye, 10% Malt Barley. Aged for over 5 years in a new charred oak barrels and bottled at Cask Strength (130.6proof). This is Missouri Bourbon, raw, un-cut, and pure.
As President of the Missouri Craft Distillers Guild, David Weglarz led the effort to create "Missouri Bourbon". Bill #26 was proudly passed into law on 8.28.19 assuring that each batch must use 100% Missouri grown corn, and be mashed, fermented, and distilled in Missouri, then aged in new Missouri oak barrels.
This is StilL 630 Missouri Bourbon, born from corn, rye, barley, and love for our craft. Savor history in the making.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: sweet creamed corn, caramel, vanilla, soft cherry fudge, light spice
Palate: candy corn, caramel, nice bit of vanilla and brown sugar on the finish

How does local pick up work?
Once order has been placed...we will fulfill that order and it can be picked up any Friday 5-9pm and most weekdays between 10am - 2pm.
Why do we only ship to some states?
Currently we ship to all states that allow for spirit delivery by shipping. If you do not see your state, please call your local government we would love to ship to all states!
Small-batch Bourbon
We taste between 8 and 10 barrels to select 2-3 to blend together and create a fantastic small-batch bourbon. The bourbon is our flagship mash bill: 70% Corn, 20% rye, 10% barley, always aged for over 5 years in a new charred oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof. Enjoy the best Missouri has to offer!
