Brewery Collaboration Whiskey #6. Originally the Imperial Pumpkin Ale from O'Fallon Brewery decapitated and now a malevolent ghost, damned to roam the darkness in search of his head. This brewery collab whiskey will ensnare you with notes of caramel, vanilla, and single malt to distract your senses, and soon have you searching for your own head!
We took the actual beer itself from O'Fallon Brewery, double-distilled it on our pot stills, and aged the whiskey in new American oak barrels to create a truly unique and inspired whiskey.
Tasting Notes: Tastes like Fall in a glass! Cinnamon, spice, and oak blend to create a uniquely delicious whiskey unlike anything else we've ever produced!

How does local pick up work?
Once order has been placed...we will fulfill that order and it can be picked up any Friday 5-9pm and most weekdays between 10am - 2pm.
