Brewery Collaboration #5. It was our Indomitable Spirit that first took humanity to the Moon. With a will, there is a way. Pour yourself a glass and contemplate our place in the universe. Then go out and accomplish what others say cannot be done!
We took the Dark Matter beer (wheat porter) itself from Log Boat Brewery, double-distilled it on our pot stills, and aged the whiskey in new American oak barrels to create a truly unique and inspired whiskey.
