Originally the Absence of Light (peanut butter chocolate milk stout) from 4Hands Brewery. We double-distilled this actually incredible beer and aged it in NEW oak barrels to create an amazing and exceptional... peanut butter flavored whiskey! Our goal was to coax out the true nature of the beer and make a wonderful, smooth whiskey with notes of peanut butter in a tactful way, not to beat you over the head with peanut butter flavor.
Tasting Notes: It's a wild, peanut butter flavored whiskey with notes of malt chocolate bolstering the profile. Smooth and delicious, it's great on its own or as a twist in your favorite cocktails.
