This is StilL 630's indomitable spirit in a bottle.
To celebrate the 5th anniversary of the creation of "Missouri Bourbon" (signed into law by Missouri Governor Parson on 8/28/19), we are releasing a brand new cask strength Missouri Bourbon! This will be our first ever batch of Double Barrel Missouri Straight Bourbon Whiskey!
Similar in theory to our iconic Double Barrel RallyPoint, this batch began as a great single barrel of Missouri Bourbon that was personally hand-selected by our top men to undergo another year of finishing in smaller, previously used Missouri Bourbon barrels of different mash bills to add layers of complexity and flavor.
Bottled un-cut, un-filtered, and left at cask strength. This historic bottling is an exceptionally phenomenal bourbon.
At over 5+ years old, not only is one of the older spirits that we release, but it is also one of the strongest as we leave it at cask strength, which varies (this inaugural batch clocks in at a stout 125.2 proof). The new & used barrels plus the extra time allow the spirit to develop some truly intense and incredible flavors that make it worthy of inclusion in the finest whiskey collections!
Tasting Notes: Deep rich oak, robust corn and cherry notes, all smoothed out by caramel and vanilla notes. Very smooth for this proof, this is an incredible bourbon; un-cut, un-filtered, barrel-strength whiskey straight out of the barrel(s)!

How does local pick up work?
Once order has been placed...we will fulfill that order and it can be picked up any Friday 5-9pm and most weekdays between 10am - 2pm.
Why do we only ship to some states?
Currently we ship to all states that allow for spirit delivery by shipping. If you do not see your state, please call your local government we would love to ship to all states!
Small-batch Bourbon
We taste between 8 and 10 barrels to select 2-3 to blend together and create a fantastic small-batch bourbon. The bourbon is our flagship mash bill: 70% Corn, 20% rye, 10% barley, always aged for over 5 years in a new charred oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof. Enjoy the best Missouri has to offer!
