This cocktail was created for our “Voyage to Yesteryear… Sinking of the S.S. Sorghum Whiskey” event that we held at The Libertine as part of the 2015 St. Louis Craft Spirits & Cocktails Week.
1 1/2 oz. S.S. Sorghum Whiskey
1 oz. fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1/4 oz. Mezcal
2 heavy dashes Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients to shaker tin. Add ice. Shake until tin is frosted (about 10 seconds). Fine-strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel. Enjoy!
