Ingredients:
1 oz. Volstead's Folly American Gin
1/2 oz. Hibiscus/Sorel simple syrup
(1 cup Hibiscus/Sorel mix, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil and strain)
3 oz. Ginger Ale
Directions:
Stirred with ice, and serve in a collins glass.
