1 oz Volstead’s Folly Gin
.5 oz Spiced Pear Simple Syrup*
(Dice 2 pears, add to a sauce pan with a cup of sugar, a cup of water, 4 cracked cardamom pods, 2 cloves and a teaspoon of ground all-spice. Bring to a boil and strain)
3 oz Cold Brew Coffee
Shake with ice, strain, and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with a torched orange peel. Credit to The Lynn Lounge.
